Expectations

• Our team will go through the "forming", "storming", "norming" and "performing" stages of team building
• Our team will learn from each other
• Our Team will share and learn from other PLP Advis cohort members
• Our team will find a common time in the schedule to meet f2f regularly
• Our team will produce a project that will be shared and expanded upon by other faculty members at GA
• Our team will open their eyes to a new way of learning and "give it a try"!

Assumptions__

• All members of the team will be open to learning and take an active part in the process
• All members will make an effort to attend all PLP and f2f meetings
• The administration will support the team by agreeing to release time so the group can meet f2f
• The project created will encompass curriculum across all school divisions
• The project created will be a "living" file that can be expanded upon in these changing times
